Upon a second opinion, my dentist said a recently cemented crown, by another dentist, has an open margin. The tooth is sensitive and its been over a month. What rights do I have? I paid for the crown in full. I don't want him to redo it. I want my money back so that my new dentist can fix or redo it. What can I do???
