Dear doctors, Is Aqualyx a safe method to reduce fat under the face (the chin/neck area) for a thinner looking face? If so: are these safe to combine with fillers and or Botox (I inject this in the muscle)? Thank you in advance

Hi,Non-surgical treatments (everything you listed) will yield unsatisfactory results and essentially be a waste of money. Liposuction is a great option for the neck and will add some definition to the jawline; although it will have a more limited effect on the jowls.Best,
