Hello, after my accident my jaw got broken in the mandible area along with missing teeth in maxilla area, i have scheduled with two doctors, first doc who is maxillofacial surgeon told me after seeing cbct xrays that I'm eligible for dental implant, but the second doctor told me that I'm not eligible for dental implant, because every implant must be 3mm but my jaw as i told wouldn't assimilate that size ,also he recommended me implant bridge and bone graft in right area.
