I have tons of clogged pores and before my cycle a see alot of breaking out on my jawline and lower cheeks does accutane help on my case

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, Accutane does not have an effect on hormones, so it will not help with breakouts prior to your menstrual cycles. Alternative treatment options such as oral contraceptives (also known as birth control) or Spironolactone can help with hormonal acne.
