Will I fully recover from TE or do I have AGA? How long can it take to recover from TE? Do certain areas grow faster?

edmonton2017
Suffered from acute telogen effluvium summer of 2016 from taking minocin. Lost hair all throughout scalp. Regrowth in some areas mostly top and towards front. No bitemporal recession. Noticeable low density in random areas (unsymmetrical) on left rear side close to whorl & whorl & top & line b/w temporal parietal lobes. Family history indicates no males have AGA although maternal grandmother and her sisters possibly have AGA (brother of grandmother has none). Recently turned 21.
