Are my scalp biopsy results conclusive of AGA? Should I ask for a transverse procedure to differentiate b/w AGA and TE recovery?

edmonton2017
"Histologically, in this biopsy specimen, the epidermis is normal and there is very minimal superficial perivascular lymphohistiocytic inflitrate. There are several hair follicles seen in these sections, and many of them are in the anagen phase. The histologic changes seen in these sections are not unequivocally diagnostic, but these are changes can be seen in an early evolving androgenic alopecia. Features of telogen effluvium are not seen."
