Is there a difference between the effectiveness of Stieva-A and other tretinoin brands?

I feel like Stieva a is not as effectiveI was using a Turkish brand before and now that I switched my skin feels more oily, and I break out more. Not sure if it’s possible that Stieva-A is not as effective as the previous Turkish brand I was using. Both are tretinoin 0.05%.

Tretinoin is safe for use by adults of any age.  There are different strengths and formulations so you should discuss these with your prescribing physician.  It is also possible that there may be other treatments that would be more beneficial to you.
