Is there a difference between the effectiveness of Stieva-A and other tretinoin brands?

I feel like Stieva a is not as effectiveI was using a Turkish brand before and now that I switched my skin feels more oily, and I break out more. Not sure if it’s possible that Stieva-A is not as effective as the previous Turkish brand I was using. Both are tretinoin 0.05%.

Hi there,Yes you can... however this may cause irritation.  It really is whatever you can tolerate....    Sometimes it is best to use The Kojic in the am and the Tretinoin in the pm.Lots of sunscreen!   Best of luck....
