While getting tooth drilled down for temporary crown, there was significant nerve pain in a certain area. I was unable to chew on that side while I had the temporary crown. I went back 3 weeks later to have the permanent crown placed. The new crown didn't fit properly and she need to go back in with the drill prior to the new impression. I was unable to tolerate the nerve sensitivity. Do I need a root canal? I paid for the crown and I do not have one because I could not tolerate the pain
