I had botox 3 weeks ago for my 11s and crow's feet. Had my top up on tue and I still have plenty of movement on my forehead and my crow's feet don't look any different. Is this normal after the top up
Answer: Botox Botox to the 11 lines will help the corrugators and not the transverse upper forehead lines. Sometimes with deep etched lines, fillers are needed to be placed to soften them.

Answer: Forehead is not treated when just treating 11's The forehead is a separate series of injections, different than the glabella. So having movement in the forehead would be expected if it weren't specifically treared. The crows feet sometimes won't go away after being treated if there is significant volume loss of the upper cheek. Hope this helps.

Answer: Botox Of course its normal. Botox is used to prevent worsening of rhytids, NOT to reverse them. Your glabellar furrows may improve over consistent use of neuromodulators such as Botox every 3-4 months for the next 3-5 years. I'm certain that your doctor did not tell you that your wrinkles or folds that took decades to develop, will disappear in one week after a single Botox use. Realistic expectations is the most important part of a responsible consultation and appropriate consent.

Answer: Botox for 11's and crow's feet It can take about 10 days to see the full effect of your Botox treatment. Different muscles are involved in causing the 11's and upward forehead movement. Your forehead frontalis muscle may not have been treated so you are able to lift your forehead. If you have deep crow's feet, Botox can stop the crinkling movement but you may require a filler or laser treatment for deep creases. If you are still concerned, please return to your doctor for assessment.

Answer: Cannot say I really cannot answer this question without knowing how many units of Botox you received. it also might be important to know if you have a very high forehead or not if your muscles are very thick. Is this the first time that you have received Botox?
