I had inifini (two treatments) six months ago and have been left with grid/track marks. I think they have been improving. In most lights they are not visible, but in other lights they are. I have been to two dermatologists who diagnosed subtle erythema in the treatment fields and swelling. Too me they are definitely grids/tracks. Are these going to go and is there anything I can do? See photos. Thank You

It is best to not treat with only the Infini. It is impossible to say if the appropriate settings were used as well. I would treat your skin with TCA Cross, PRP, subcision, fillers, and Infini. Multiple treatments are needed of each. Allow 4-6 weeks between treatments. It might take a year of...
By the following day after an Infini procedure, it is perfectly fine to shower, shave, and even work out. Make sure you continue to use the creams and medication prescribed by you provider. The channels created by the microneedles should have closed by the next morning.
Each Doctor will have their preferred device. I prefer Intensif because the needles are non-insulated and it gives more robust results. I always combine microneedling with prp, Cosmelan and lasers to get the best outcomes. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
