Are these grid/track marks? going to go after Infini RF 6 months ago?

I would suggest using a mild resurfacing laser such as the LaseMD or Fraxel Dual for this. One or 2 treatments should clear this up. It is hard to see in the pictures.

You options would be do try ay the following non ablative laser resurfacing treatment to try to smooth out the skin. You can also give some time. Did I do this???? Reason is that I see at least 4-6 patients from Perth weekly.  I normally go 3 mm and keep the needles in with correct timing. I have caused grid marking in 1% of my patients post 3 months. Never had to correct my own work, but had to correct quite a few others (see my before and after pictures). I agree with Steve, small beam laser Fraxel 1927, 20 mj high pass ,or C and B with the card emptied to the grids. Last option, fully ablative laser. Let me know if this was me that caused this as my technique is always standardised, and for the past 2 years my needle depth is deep with higher settings. Insulation or user error is to blame if this is not superficial . Pulsing as the needle is withdrawn will cause collateral damage to skin= grids. Dr Davin Lim, Brisbane. Australia.
