Are braces an option? If so how long am I going to have to wear them? Are there any alternatives. My front incisors are a bit set back because of it. I'm 18. Don't want any surgeries.

10 mm is a LOT of overjet!For an adult the only way to correct this much overjet is to either extract two upper middle teeth or to reset your jaws surgically!Of course it would be possible to just straighten the teeth without the overjet correction
Most likely there will be no problem getting your braces on 2 weeks after removing your wisdom teeth. Your orthodintis will evaluate the situation prior to cementing the braces. If there is a concern they will let you know.
