Laser hair removal 6 months ago: after the 6th session there were dark spots (dots) over all the treated areas. (Photos)

Also i tried bleaching creams,whitneing creams,bio oil they only brightened the spots and never really removed them Also my skin after 6session of laser hair removal turned from smooth and normal to oily and sensitive and facial hair growth really accelerated i thought laser was supposed to decrease it

Yes you can get hair removal when having an anal fissure, this is not associated.  However, if you are bleeding or have infection you should avoid laser removal at this time till it is healed.  Best, Dr. Emer.
