Hi, I pierced my ear 10years ago, and initially i never had an earlobe crease. But after 7years a diagonal crease slowly started appearing and it kept expanding to what it is now. Also have a small hard lump near the creased area of the earlobe that is slightly risen. Is there any procedures that can remove the crease ? Thank you
