PRP Butt Enhancement?

Are there any docs in the Triangle area that currently offer PRP injections for buttock enhancement? I understand that a pint of blood can yield more than 200 CCs of plasma that can be used alone or in conjunction with biostimulators, fat or HA to yield more dramatic results than just using biostimulators or fillers alone. I am very interested in doing this and am having trouble locating providers in my area that offer anything other than PRP breast augmentation. Please let me know if you do.
