3 liposuctions later, I'd like SculpSure (Photo)

I've had a genetically fat neck ever since I was a skinny little girl. I've had liposuction there in 96, 2005, and 2009. I also have a very low projection chin implant to camouflage the lack of contour. The multiple liposuctions gave me slightly visible (only to me) internal scarring. The last surgeon told me it was difficult to get through the scaring. Can sculpsure help my neck definition without worsening the scarring? I hate the double chin when I smile too..
