No, not advisable. Best to do in two session, however I can see the logic with the chemistry of peels. This peel is self neutralising so in theory peel can be done, then microneedling. HOWEVER for the best effects, I would split sessions in two, as you would have 2 sessions 8-12 weeks apart to stimulate and remodel collagen. The other option is a deeper peels- Jessner's TCA with pre-peel acetone scrub. This would give you much better results than a standard Blue Peel.
Micro-needling creates micro-channels in the skin which enhance penetration of topical serums and medications, dramatically increasing their effectiveness. Up to 80% of product can penetrate the skin compared to 7 to 10% with normal topical application. Therefore, it is very important that anything put on the skin after micro-needling has been tested to be safe to use after this procedure. In my office, we do our micro-needling treatments using the ProCell Therapies system. The depth of treatment from a chemical peel will likely be affected, so only a very experienced physician should consider combining these two procedures.
