Developed scars and dents under eyes after hyaluronidase - will it ever heal by itself? (photos)

I developed scars and dents under my eyes after hyaluronidase. I had 3 sessions. 1st Session 10 units R, 4 units L Second 2 units R and 2 units L Third 4 units R, 2 units L Besides my scars and dents that got really visible on 3d session, i felt like it spread all over my face, making my skin thinner. What are my options? Attaching pictures. Will it ever heal by itself?
