Can I have colored food after 2 days of teeth whitening?

Hi.. I have done teeth whitening on the 25th of January 2015 and today is 28th of January 2016.. I have already finished 2 days.. My doctor advised me to have food which is only white in color. My question is that can I have colored food now? She also told me to have no colored food for 2 weeks but I am starving myself as mostly I don't like the food what I am eating now. Can you please advise??

We always whiten with tray 1.  We add the attachments at tray two.  This allows our patients to whiten in the first two weeks and get used to the trays.

Your dentist is correct--these teeth are bruised from the inside and unlike a bruise on your skin the dark color does not go away. If the tooth has a root canal it is best to bleach it internally. you can try custom trays and whitening with focusing the bleach on that tooth--this may or may not...
