I am currently starting my 1st tray out of 15 invisalign. My dentist said that if I use the chewies 30mins a day to exercise my teeth I can change trays every 10 days instead of 14. I did some research and I haven't seen any other doctors suggest this. I also read changing trays too fast can lead to root absorption. Another doctors opinion would be much appreciated. I am 34 year old female, I use to have braced as a kid, I also have a crown on my front tooth.
