Can I drink Collagen while taking Accutane?

I have used Collagen everyday (30ml per day) to recover my pitted scars, it got better but now i'm breaking out again (cyst and nodules) not too much and I decide to take accutane for my acne treatment (as derm prescripe). So if I continue drinking collagen while using accutane/ isotretinoin is it really bad? and will collagen helps anything during accutane treatment like preventing scars or make my skin smooth after stopping accutane?
