Problem with speech after veneers. (Photos)

Question

Hi, I have done porcelain veneers a month ago and after 3 times bite adjustment , now i feel a bit uncomfortable between one of my up front teeth and down , when i want to say the sentences with a lot of 'S'. (not for all S words just for some of them ) my teeth bat each other not very strong .Dose it have effect to my veneers and break them ? should i go to dentist again and shave one of them? or it is normal Thanks.

Congratulation on your new porcelain veneers. Having trouble with pronunciation of words and letters such as "S" specially after 3 months, means that the teeth are too long, adjustments is needed. It is unusual for you to break a veneer, unless your bite was raised also.
Best, is to see your treating dentist to adjust the tooth or possibly the new dental veneers so you be comfortable.

If you are having speech problems after 90 days of veneer placement, your veneers need to be adjusted or replaced. Schedule an appointment with the dentist who placed your veneers as he or she should be able to make an adjustment. If adjustments cannot be made, your veneers may need to be replaced. Good luck!
