What aside from direct trauma to your nose can ruin your Rhinoplasty outcome?

Thank you for your question. It's reccommended to avoid strenous activities such as lifting weights and aerobic exercises for few weeks after your surgery. Blowing your nose, wearing glasses, being under direct sunlight, bumping your nose and smoking is also not allowed after the surgery. Sweating or increased blood pressure will have no effect on your surgery outcome.
