Can all of my juvederm be dissolved all in one appointment? I'm not concerned with keeping any of it and I would prefer to go back to my "old" face. Will there be any bruising and/or swelling after it's injected and how soon can I see results?

Thankfully, Juvederm is totally reversible with hyaluronidase injection, and only the philtrum may be reversed if you wish to keep the rest of your filler.
It may take a couple visits to completely reverse.
I can see that the Juvederm was place high and along the upper cheekbone, which is resulting in a more sunken look in your central cheeks. This is harder to comment on without before pics, but let me say this. While it can be good to inject higher so that the cheeks are raised, I most likely...
Unless you squeeze the Juvederm out, you probably are not hurting the product but you definitely are not helping your skin's appearance. You might want to seek professional help for the nervous habit since it can result in scarring.
