The difference between Lumigan 0.01% and 0.03% is just a difference in concentration. The 0.03% is three times more concentrated than 0.01%. For pressure lowering, the effectiveness is minimal as noted in glaucoma studies. There are no studies regarding lash growth between these two concentrations that I know of.
