I had lightening lift one week back .for last 2 days I am using hydroquinone +trinonin tropical cream but my black spot area become red and shiny what shall I do now?

Dark discoloration and PIH can ruin your skin by making it uneven in
 color. Rapid exfoliation protocols + brightening creams can help reduce
 discoloration. Depending on the depth of the melanin, it may take weeks
 to months for treatment. Light chemical peels can also help with 
exfoliation.
