What procedure can correct buccal corridors? (Photos)

Hi! Thanks for reading! I'm a 20 y/o female with a wide smile but not enough teeth to fill! I'm currently missing an UL5, premoler as well as an UR2 lateral, because of braces when I was younger. So due to this I feel like my smile/arch is narrow and uneven. I'd do anything for a nice wide smile, I know you can't bring back extracted teeth ! But what would be my best option? Photos attached! Thank you for enquiring. You have a narrow buccal corridor from possibly missing a premolar, but mostly from arch collapse. This can be due to the action of muscles and my advice would be to widen the dental arch with Invisalign orthodontics. We can set up a plan with Invisalign which would not be destructive such as veneers and you would keep your natural healthy teeth.Invisalign allows us to see our orthodontic patients every 2-3 months.

you can certainly improve a lot the way your teeth look with combined proceedures,yes if you want to improve the width of the narrow arch then you will be a candidate for orthopedic and braces correction,it will take up to 1 year,but if you do not want to wait,there are other techniques,like a full mouth makeover with zyrconia crowns,combined with gum surgery and bridges or implants,the best recommendation is to have a smile analysis,done by a specialist.choose a Dr that has cases like this of before and after,videos,and real testimonials.

The best approach is to orthopedically grow you maxilla to create a full wide healthy looking smile   and a wide "U" shaped palate.  This will open spaces where the teeth are missing.  The DNA Appliance and Epigenetic Orthopedics are the best approach but will likely require toothee replacement which should be considered before starting treatment.
