I took spironolactone for 10 weeks , stopped because I saw no improvement in my acne, oily skin and excess hair. About week and a half after stopping acne, oily skin and excess hair started to get better. is it likely that the medication started to work been off it now for 6 weeks and things only just starting to return would be grateful for the advice Thank you

I have been unimpressed with Spironolactone for Seborrhea. I would recommend scheduling an appointment with a Dermatologist at 8 weeks after starting medication for an alternative treatment plan. What you see is what you get at that point, typically.
