I am aiming towards a better bigger body. I am 5'0 weight around 130-150 pounds. I got love handles that is bigger than my hips, stomach that is bigger that my butt and back fat I am not proud of. I want a better sexier body but my income is not much. I am not satisfied with my appearance at all.

It is ok that you do not have much income. It is also ok to achieve your desired body shape without expensive surgery. In other words, most of my patients have exhausted health and fitness options prior to presenting for surgical enhancement and i myself am a huge advocate of that. Glad to help.
