I undergone a septoplasty that ruined my perfectly straight septum. Ever since I got this surgery my health has been on the decline. Before the surgery I only had a minor problem, mucous and swelling. My breathing wasn't affected at all. After the surgery, my septum is curved to the left to the point where it almost touches the other side of my nostril. My breathing has gotten way worse. My nose has lost its moisture. The septum is always dry. My problem is the severely bent septum.
