I’m 36 years old and I’ve had various skin treatments such as CO2, Bellafill/subcision on temples. I was getting microneedling every month and then I had several Clarity II lasers sessions at a beauty school. Since then my facial skin has thinned, scarring and large pores are worse, veins are more noticeable. I’ve heard that lasers and microneedling can cause skin damage. I'm not sure what to do now. PRP injections have mixed reviews. Any information is appreciated! Thanks!
