Which Should I Use, Dermasweep or Regular Microdermabrasion?

There are various types of microdermabrasion offered. In general, the newer systems use a diamond tip to provide a more refined and predictable degree of exfoliation to the face. Crystal microdermabrasion is largely more abrasive and questions arise over the sanity or sterility of the crystal powder.
Our office utilizes a combination of diamond tip microdermabrasion, and a newer system known as hydrafacial, which uses proprietary enzymes and acids to infuse the pores and exfoliate the skin.

Dermasweep is an excellent alternative to traditional micro dermabrasion. It is crystal free and uses a controlled bristle tip to resurface the epidermis in a controlled safe way.
