Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  Based on your pictures alone it appears that you are healing well, as it takes 6-8 weeks for your breasts to "drop and fluff."  Based on your narrative, however, you have had a change in your recovery and I would reach out to your surgeon for reassurance as they know the full details of your procedure.  Hope this helps.

A small amount of bloody drainage on your bandages as well as residual mild bruising is not too concerning given that you are a few days out from your procedure. You should begin to notice improvement in both of these. Additionally, your implants will settle over the next few weeks to months which will result in a more natural breast shape. Be sure to contact your plastic surgeon if you have continued concerns or if you notice worsening bleeding or bruising.

This can be very normal and no real concern. However, it can also be a sign that the incision is opening up and that would be more of an issue. You’re almost a week out of surgery and it is time to see your doctor anyway. Please make an appointment to have your incision evaluated as soon as possible. In the meantime, keep the area clean and dressed with dry gauze. As far as your nipple position goes, everything looks great and the shape and positioning of the nipple will improve as the implants settle into position. This will take 4 to 8 months.
