I have gotten a PRP facial and I have rosacea, I am wondering when I am able to start using my Metrogel again? (Photo)

I know that I am not supposed to use Retin-A for about a week and allowed to start using moisturizer tomorrow, but I am not sure where Metrogel fits in! Thanks!

Hi, In my perspective, a nano-fat periorbital fat injection combined with fractional radiofrequency microneedling would yield best results in your case. I usually do not recommend PRP injections on the darkening and hollowness of the lower eyelids. Best wishes,

Hi @Gioa! Yes, PRP microneedling is safe 8 months after a primary rhinoplasty. Lasers are also safe 8 months after a rhinoplasty. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
