I want to state that I am not a USA citizen. I went to a clinic to replace my 10 years old crowns in my 6 upfront teeth. I got mold on my temporary teeth to duplicate them but in my second visit I want to do some other final adjustment to their shap and length but my dentist rejected that and said he will make a list of my requests beside the previews mold and send them to the lab. I am really skeptical about the final shap since I had two previous bad experience.. what should I do now?

In our practice we use Zoom whitening. I have used them all and find that this procedure gives the patient the most optimal results to enhance their smile by whitening. It is a two hour procedure and the results can be dramatic. I hope that it works well for you. Be sure to follow your den...
Yes!!! Your teeth are made up of tubules, which expand with the bleach. During the time these tubules are "enlarged," your teeth will soak up more color than normal. It takes roughly 48 hours for those tubules to close. After 48 hours you are safe to eat and drink normally!
We always whiten with tray 1. We add the attachments at tray two. This allows our patients to whiten in the first two weeks and get used to the trays.
