A porcelain veneer cannot be reglazed in the mouth. It needs to be done in a lab with an oven. Special tools are used to recover and or polish veneers.

Hello, once your veneers have been cemented, they cannot be re glazed in lab to give the same shine back, yet, they can be polished to have the same brightness or a bit more shine if the look too opaque.
