Can dentist bill me for bad crown on my implant which was not delivered into my mouth, if insurance will not cover?

To answer your question, yes, the office can bill you for a crown that was not seated, if you are the one that agreed to treatment and then refused to have the work finished.  It is unfortunate that this has happened, but I would strongly suggest making an appointment to have the new crown seated.  If the new crown does not fit properly or does not look correct, I would explain this to your dentist, nicely.  I would expect that if she can not get it right after 2 or 3 crowns, then I would ask for a refund of whatever I paid.  Good luck and I hope this helps. the dentist can bill you for what was already done for time and services.  They are  willing to remake the crown to make it right.  ou, obviously no longer have faith in that dentist and I do not suggest have a dentist work on you that you do not trust.I would discuss with dentist a compromise for her time and costs and explain you lack confidence in her skills.  You do have a contract (unwritten) to pay for work done even if crown is not cemented.   

I would recommend that you go back to the original dentist.  They have an obligation to you to do the work correctly.  The lab is also responsible for making sure this crown fits correctly.
