Yes and yes you can have braces again... You may want to consider crowns or veneers they sometimes can make the teeth look straight and the correct color and in less time than braces. Keep in mind after the teeth are moved with braces you may still be unhappy with the apperance and want bonding or veneers so you may want to just go that route from the begining good luck

It sounds like you did bonding to widen your teeth and close gaps.  The dentist most likely did not remove any tooth structutre, so this bonding can be safely removed and your teeth restored to their natural size and contour.  Once that is done, you are free to get your orthodontics done.  This time, don't forget to wear your retainers!

Yes, dental bonding can always be removed, but depending on what the teeth looked like underneath or if your previous dentist had to remove some tooth structure to place this bonding, you may need to have new bonding done. Invisalign is a great option to close gaps without having to wear metal braces. Hope this helps.
