I had radiation on my face five months ago, and it has left my skin quite wrinkled. Is it safe to use fillers and Botox? Apart from the wrinkles, my skin looks normal.

Restylane is fabulous for the under eye tear trough area. However, you can have allergic reactions or lumps to any product weeks to months afterwards. I would return to your treating physician for possible Vitrase removal. Best, Dr. Green
Thank you for your question. It is common to have some asymmetrical swelling after lip augmentation with hyaluronic acid fillers which can take up to 2 weeks to resolve. You can help reduce swelling by applying cold compresses to the lips. As HA fillers are not permanent you can have them...
