Restylane and botox after radiation on face?

I had radiation on my face five months ago, and it has left my skin quite wrinkled. Is it safe to use fillers and Botox? Apart from the wrinkles, my skin looks normal.

Hello, there are reports of delayed granuloma formation, allergic reactions and infections happening with filler but your presentation does not fit this picture as your swelling subsides nearly as fast as it presents.  I would start with your primary care for assessment and work-up....

Filler injection to the lips can commonly have substantial swelling of the tissue for 1-3 days.  The swelling generally subsides completely by 1-2 weeks.  To alleviate swelling after filler in the lips, application of cold compresses or wrapped ice to the area every hour can reduce...

You really should have used Juvederm in the lips. Juvederm tends to last longer and is a little thicker for the lips and will give it the extra volume that you are probably looking for. If you are not happy then you should call your doctor and ask them to fix it,

If you are looking for something more permanent then you should consider doing a fat transfer under the eyes. Fillers do work but you would need to come back every couple of months and have them redone. You may want to consult with your doctor and see what they say.
