How can I get a better profile? (Photo)

I have a small chin and mandible and lack jaw definition as well as cheekbone definition. Also, my nose seems too projected compared to the rest of my face. Can this be fixed with double jaw surgery?

Hello! Jaw surgery - such as a genioplasty - can certainly help to balance your profile. A chin implant is another option. A rhinoplasty can also help to create more harmony.
