Thanks for submitting your photos.Only setting implants will not be enough for you. For getting a good symmetry a mastopexia surgery with lollipop scar and implants will be necessary .The implants will give your breast a natural look and .Please consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.
No, your breasts are not "weird". You would benefit from a breast lift with an implant. I recommend an in-office examination as well as a detailed discussion with a surgeon who you are comfortable with and who is a board-certified Plastic Surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.Best wishes!Dr. DesaiHarvard Educated, Beverly Hills & Miami Beach Trained, Double-Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
Your breasts look perfectly normal and are definitely not “weird”. If you have concerns about the size of your areolae or their shape, an areola reduction and breast lift may help. The areola reduction would decrease the size of your areolae and the breast lift would create a perkier contour.
Hello,Thank you for your question and photo. a surgical breast lift would resize and reposition your areolas as well as lift the breasts. Other than bras which lift, there is not a non-surgical way to make the changes you are inquiring about. I recommend that you book a consultation with a board certified Plastic Surgeon to discuss the options. All the best
Thank you for your question and photo. You have breast droopiness - referred to as ptosis. You would benefit greatly from a breast lift (mastopexy). Please consult with a board certified plastic surgeon for an in-person examination and discussion of what can be achieved surgically. Hope this helps and good luck.
Dear JeanneMany thanks for posting your question. Your breasts are entirely normal. As you say, your areolae are a little large, and there are other features of your breasts that may concern you, but your breasts are completely normal. If you are concerned enough to consider surgery, then the best thing would be to make an appointment with a certified plastic surgeon to discuss the options.I hope this reassures you
Hi Jeanne,Thanks for your email. The first thing you need to know is that there is nothing "wrong" with you or with your breasts. They appear entirely normal, even though they might not be to your liking. Those are two separate issues. It appears that you have naturally occurring wide areolae and your overall breast shape and areolae size can be enhanced to a prettier shape with less sagging by undergoing a mastopexy or breast lift. The fact that you are 19 and have the breasts that you do should simply be viewed by you as "one of those things". It is best to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in all aspects of breast enhancement surgery and he or she can advise you on you options. Do not rush into any decisions and make sure you are confident about your decision to move forward with any recommendations your plastic surgeon makes. Insurance will not cover this type of surgery since it is considered elective and cosmetic. You also appear to have some accessory breast tissue in your right axilla (underarm). This is also a variant of normal, and this can be taken care of at the same time. This is usually a procedure that IS covered by insurance. Best of luck to you.
Thank you very much for enquire. After having analyzed all the information and photos provided to us, I realize that you have very sagging and small breasts. In this regard, you need volume (implants) and projection (the lift): Breast Augmentation w/Breast Lift.I recommend you to use microtexturized highly cohesive silicon implant ("gummy bear" implants), with high projection, and 450ml will be excelent on you, to fill the breasts properly. Finally, to perform the breast lift I recommend a Periareolar Round Block Breast Lift ("Benelli mastopexy"), which has an unnoticed scar around the areola, and if we see (in the surgery) that we can't obtain adecuate projection just with the Benelli Lift, we have to perform a "Lollipop breast lift".Respectfully,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-
Your breasts are not weird. You have nice size and symmetry. You do have more ptosis or sag then most young women have, but certainly plenty do and lots of older women do.. This shape and position could be changed with a breast lift, but there is no nonsurgical way to change them . Good luck.
Thank you for sending your picture and question. I feel you would benefit from a breast lift with or without implants to improve your ptosis and wide areolas. It is best to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon who can give you some surgical options and help you make your decision. Good luck!
