BSSO alone or BSSO + Genioplasty for better results? (Photos)

I’m scheduled for a BSSO for jaw advancement (My orthodontist has already given me the lower teeth 5mm setback needed for the BSSO.) However, when I mimic the result by pushing my jaw forward, my chin still looks flat/curvilinear to me. Something still feels 'missing' in the produced jaw look.I’m worried BSSO alone won’t give enough definition, and I’d like to know if adding a small genioplasty to bsso would be better results. If yes, would I need only horizontal or horizontal plus small vertical genioplasty ? How do I ensure it looks natural and not “witchy”?
