I've noticed a blue/grey circle where my crowned tooth was filled after root canal. Is this normal? (Photo)

I had a crown placed on my tooth a few months ago. Then a couple of weeks ago I ended up needing a root canal on that same tooth. The crown was drilled through & then filled. Since then, I've noticed a blue/grey circle where it was filled. Is this discoloration normal?
