The dark skin above my upper lip appears as if i have a moustache.I want to get rid of it.So I am thinking about using( Hydroquinone, Hydrocortisone, Tretinoin ) combination cream .But since I have read a lot about the side effects,also that hydroquinone is banned by several countries and is considered carcinogenic .I am in doubt whether to use the cream or not.
