Can I reverse teeth moved up with Invisalign and move them back down where they used to be with Invisalign again? (photo)

Dear emac28,Thank you for posting your question on Real Self.  I will do my best to answer your question with the information given.It is possible to move your front teeth down.  Although, your front two teeth appear long in the photos, and I think bonding them in the position that they are now will probably give you a more aesthetic result.  In the end, they are your teeth and you need to feel happy and confident when you smile.  I hope that this helps and good luck!Best,Dr. Jenn

Are you planning on adding new "edges" to those teeth?  You ground off Mother Nature's finest when your teeth were down more.  Move them back and add to the edges and you will do the same with the new stuff.  Your dentist is trying to give you some durability to your new dentistry and a nice smile.  Invisalign can certainly do what you ask (a completely new set -- not the old ones going backwards because they lack the attachments necessary).  I suggest you leave them where they are.
