Sudden black mole on my arm (Photo)

I was wondering if this is serious, I've had this mark for less than a month. At first it was reddish in color and has darkened since. Area around black part is very pink. I scratched it and it bled a small amount and then quickly healed. Since then the are has had almost a tingly feeling to it.
