Are Silicone implants available over 800cc in other countries or by special order?

Question

Not interested in saline implants. I am curious if it is possible to get 900-1000cc SILICONE implants. If they are available in other countries, which, and what brands make them? Or can they be special ordered from Mentor? I'm not inquiring about weight or size issues. Thanks!

I am not 100% percent sure, but I believe Silimed makes larger silicone breast implants than 800cc. They're located in Brazil. You will have to go there or some other country to have this surgery. The FDA does not allow anything bigger than 800 cc for breast augmentation/cosmetic currently. The reason is that it is a bad idea to go that big and it may lead to seriously bad outcomes. Good luck, Dr. ALDO

Currently the max is 800cc in USA, however I have heard larger sizes were hopefully coming soon. I am just not sure how soon that will be.
