Are Silicone implants available over 800cc in other countries or by special order?

Not interested in saline implants. I am curious if it is possible to get 900-1000cc SILICONE implants. If they are available in other countries, which, and what brands make them? Or can they be special ordered from Mentor? I'm not inquiring about weight or size issues. Thanks!
