How long does it take for the red marks to go away from Fractora RF?

Following a Fractora treatment, patients can expected to see redness and sometimes micro lesions from the treatment sites for about 7 days.  Depending on the treatment parameters used by the physician office, the time to resolution of these marks may change. I usually allow my patients to apply make up about 2 days after the treatment and have them start using a gentle cleanser to help keep the face clean and fresh. Depending on their normal skin care regimen, I may ask them to wait longer before completely restarting their routine. Results a often seen within the first few weeks of treatment, but can take several months to see the final result. I would recommend contacting your treatment office to discuss their post-operative care protocol.
