Also I'm a Afro American man. I have tried every tropical cream available with no help. What do I do now to help lighten it bac to lts natural color.

I had fraxel laser treatment under my eyes. I know have red and purple dots under my eyes. (photos)

Redness can last weeks to months after laser depending on how aggressive the treatment.  Steroids may help give improvement. I recommend following up with a cosmetic dermatologist for after care including a hydrating calming skin care protocol. Best, Dr. Emer

There are lots of options and the dual + alex is a good one- we'll often apply IPL and the Q  switched Alex laser in the same session as another option
