Is it normal to have vaginal bleeding after gastric sleeve surgery even though you have a BC implant in arm?

I have back cramoing and went from spotting to actual cycle. Contacted DR and was told to consult OB/GYN. Im scared something has gone wrong.

Yes this is fairly common in women after a surgery like the sleeve gastrectomy. The stress of the surgery, the weight loss with the preop diet, weight loss with the diet phases put a lot of stress on the body and hormone imbalance that may cause these menstrual changes.
