Had all-on-4 Nov 2022 - can they fix an overcorrected bite?

Question

I had all-on-4 Nov 2022, I had a slight overbite with my natural teeth. Now I have a slight underbite and my tongue is doesn't fit in between my arches, I'm still in my temps, and have had 5 try ons that those teeth have not corrected the underbite or tongue problem. They told me they took my bite from a 3 to a 1 & that's why my jaw muscles are squeezing the bottom plate causing my mouth to move funny? Can this be corrected? They're not addressing the issues.

In implant prostheses where the class 3 jaw relation is brought to class 1, arrangements made so that the boundaries of the prosthesis in the upper jaw are out (to the lip side) and the prosthesis in the lower jaw is inside (to the tongue side), may restrict the movement of the tongue. With a prosthesis design where your ideal jaw bite is not Class 3, but in a way we call teeth-a-teeth bite, you can be happier than a Class 1 prosthesis. For this, the situation can be evaluated with cadcam temporary prostheses and it can be decided which type of relationship between the jaws will make you happy.
